3. Property Listings and Content

• All property listings must be for real properties located in Ghana.
• You must have the legal right to list the property (as owner or authorized agent).
• All information provided must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Photos must be authentic and represent the actual property being listed.
• Pricing information must be accurate and include all mandatory fees.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Harassment or discriminatory behavior
• Attempting to circumvent our fee structure
• Scraping or copying content without authorization

5. Fees and Payments

We reserve the right to charge fees for certain features of our Services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes in connection with your use of the Services.

6. Limitation of Liability

MotherLandApp Ghana is not responsible for the accuracy of property listings or the conduct of users. We do not guarantee the completion of any real estate transaction. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our Services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
